About the Role
Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000
This well-known and respected agency requires a Business Support or Professional Services recruiter specializing in Temp Recruitment. You would be reporting into a Manager who has a wealth of experience in the local market and working alongside a Business Support Consultant who has recently joined. There is a clear strategy in place for the areas that they wish to target. The ability to pick up the phone and get in front of prospective clients is crucial and will be second nature to the successful applicant. As we are looking for Consultants who are already billing the client is open to offering some guaranteed commission as to bridge the gap on missing out on comms.
Requirements
Experience in working on a busy temp desk.
Comfortable with approaching prospective new clients.
Enjoys collaboration and a transparent leadership style.
A competitive approach whilst being a team player.
Must have worked in a conventional recruitment agency environment
Trusting culture so you must be self-motivated.

The agency is large yet still true to its roots. Due to its reach, it has great brand awareness across a multitude of disciplines. They have an excellent approach to flexibility with free parking, the 4 days in and 1-day at-home model they currently run makes it even easier to be in the office. There is also a very active social committee and Thursday drinks and nibbles as most people opt to WFH on Friday. As they are on AOG there is a plethora of work with margins that are higher than average.
