About the Role

Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 + Comms & Benefits

There is a requirement for an experienced engineering consultant to join the civil team. Currently, there is a consultant who is concentrating on Land/Development. Work is abundant in that space so someone with the appropriate background could slot in working both temp and perm roles straight-away. There is also an opportunity to diversify the desk to build more on the Infrastructure side. If you have not come from the vertical but have recruitment experience and are skilled in nurturing relationships and building on introductions, there is an opportunity to start on the candidate side until you are confident in your knowledge. This is an opportunity to partner with a consultant who is doing well, the ability to work as a team player is crucial.

Requirements

  • Experience within a recruitment agency environment.

  • Ideally within engineering, be it civil, structural, geo, etc.

  • Must be able to partner well and nurture both internal and external relationships.

  • Desire to work in a secure agency with tangible promotional criteria.
