About the Role
Salary Range - $85,000 - $110,000 + Comm + Profit Share
This is a unique role as you will be joining the agency as part of the stable and long-standing leadership team. The Professional Services vertical has recently had an overhaul and is looking for a superstar to take the lead. Ideally, you will have management experience but in the initial stages, you will be primarily focused on the client side, which is why a Principal Consultant would be considered. However, the growth of this team will be accelerated due to the demand. The desk is hot as the steady stream of roles have come from the leveraging of established relationships in other verticals. You will be offered a company vehicle, a competitive salary, and a lucrative commission model as well as health insurance, kiwi saver, and the option of a profit share. Requirements
Must be self-motivated as you will granted a lot of autonomy.
Experience within agency recruitment, specifically Professional Services / Office Support.
Ideally you will have management experience however if you are at Principal Consultant level with aspirations of management you will be considered.
Excellent relationship management skills.
