Salary Range: $80,000 - $105,000 + Commission
The client has a requirement for an experienced IT Recruitment Consultant. Ideally you will have worked within the contract space, specifically dealing with developers; .Net, Java, C# for example. This role is specifically focused on business generation so the ability to approach new clients, confidently pitch them on services, and articulate their value add is crucial. Requirements
You will ideally have experience in IT & Digital recruitment from an agency perspective. If you have a history of consistency and steady tenure in a BDM capacity, you may still be considered.
The ability to work as part of a team is of paramount importance. Culture is of the highest importance to the leaders of the business, and they have, and always will prioritise fit over experience or revenue generation.
You must be self-motivated; this agency provides a lot of flexibility so the ability to work independently is crucial.
The client has curated a comm scheme that is very lucrative. This is to reward and attract consultants that is motivated by not only providing an excellent service but making money.
You must have exceptional stakeholder/relationship management abilities. The ability to BD and cold call is also of high importance.
