About the Role
Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 + Comms & Benefits
The main focus of this role is growth. This role will only be suitable for a small section of the current market. People who have been operating within their vertical for 5+ years, on an upward trajectory with consistent billings. This is the perfect opportunity to use that experience, and enter an organization where you will be rewarded both financially and with an accelerated career path in an international agency. It requires an experienced recruiter as you will be given full autonomy and flexibility, you will report to a manager based in AUS but the relationship is built on trust. You won't need to check in with regular catch-ups, you will be treated like an adult. There is an experienced team of candidate managers who will source and screen allowing you to focus on delivering.
Requirements
Must have a consistent history of billing within a recruitment agency environment.
Comfortable with working remotely with autonomy, self-motivation, and accountability.
Desire to work with an international brand and grow a vertical from the ground up.
Proven track record of establishing and maintaining relationships with a loyal client base.
