About the Role
Salary Range - $80,000 - $90,000 + Company Car and Car Park + Commission
Ideally, you will have over a year experience placing construction/labour hire candidates into contracting positions. If you have exposure to overseas placements and can hit the ground running you can expect a generous salary package and commission scheme with a Ute included. Part of the role would be focused on BD as a 360 consultant. The ability to build on relationships and establish new ones is a big component of the role. You would be walking into a hot desk but developing business allows more options for candidates. It's a balance between retaining your current client and candidate base while looking to increase opportunities.
Requirements
Experience placing contractors in the trades space, ideally from overseas.
Ability to build on existing relationships and develop new ones
Desire to truly help people with the empathy to appreciate you're changing lives
Self-motivated and driven as you will have lots of flex and autonomy
No ego or bravado.
