About the Role

Salary Range: $80,000 - $95,000 + Commission

The requirement is for ambitious BD-focused consultants looking to join a company on the ground floor. Whilst the leadership of the agency has changed hands the relationships and client base have remained the same. Meaning, that the need for consultants with strong relationship management abilities is high. As is the ability to identify and act on new business opportunities. Ideally, you will have aspirations of leading a team or have experience in already motivating junior consultants. There is massive potential for this role and joining now allows consultants to be a part of this exciting new chapter, and to feel as if they are positively influencing the direction of the agency. There is a focus on Corporate Services currently, however, if you have a history of consistent billing in a vertical outside of that specialism, you would still be considered.

Requirements

  • Must have a history of consistent billing.

  • Ability to work as part of a team with the ambition to lead it.

  • Comfortable with Business Development & Relationship Management.

  • Capable of working autonomously and being self-motivated
