About the Role
Currently they have consultants flying to ChCh every few weeks to touch base with clients and register candidates. This role is for someone to take ownership of that market. A dedicated resource with a desire to carve out the market. Initially this person does not need to be in Christchurch they can be based in Wellington or Auckland for example but with the aims of moving down to the Garden City. The ideal candidate will have a level of comfortability being the sole consultant in the office at first. The aim is to grow this office to 5 consultants over the next 4 years. They would like someone to buy into the culture and be a good representative for the brand in the growing market. This is the perfect opportunity to step up, lead a team, run a PnL, and manage a business in an aspirational location with an excellent brand. The first 6 months will be measured purely on attitude and application as the leadership team is realistic as well as approachable. There is a lot of work to go after and this agency boasts a commission scheme that is way above market average. They also have the ability to tailor a package to suit the person with the potential of equity.
