About the Role
Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 + Comms
The client and candidate base are predominantly in the States. Technically it is country wide however there is a particular focus on the East Coast. This requires an early start but an early finish to the working day. The roles are mainly perm and can be as much as USD 300K for those placed at the director to C-Suite level. This role would suit someone who has experience working in the executive search space or senior tech roles. You must possess the ability to hold high-level conversations with both candidates and clients as the role could potentially progress into some account management. Ability to run the process, from taking the brief, to screening, and presenting the candidates.

Comfortable with working in overseas markets with varying time zones.
