About the Company
This agency has been honoured with the top accolades from both the RCSA and SEEK just this year. A high-performing agency that operates with integrity whilst having its kaupapa firmly focused on people, their staff, and candidates coming first. With a leadership team that boasts an impressive tenure that still operates within the business, they have even innovated our own recruitment industry with processes and applications developed in-house. Working across IT, Digital, Data, UX, UI, Dev, PM's, BA's, and Cyber Security they interact and influence their market more than your typical specialist agency. It is a very team-orientated office, an environment that has been carefully curated through years of support and encouragement. Consultants who have been a part of the journey from the beginning feel a level of ownership and pride knowing they have contributed but acknowledge it is a team effort, the team before the individual, tātou tātou; we are one. They have a spread of work across a number of Government agencies, with impressive programs of work that directly shape and support the future of Aotearoa.
