About the Role

You will be assisting two Senior Consultants, providing some sourcing muscle in a fast-paced and fun environment. Ideally, you will have great communication skills. Internally, as well as with clients and
candidates. An intimate understanding of how to manage expectations, a high level of empathy and EQ, and importantly a passion for the Tech industry across the board. You don't need to know how to code but an understanding would be great! This role would suit someone passionate about tech and finds the start-up space fascinating.

Requirements

  • Tech Industry Knowledge – Deep understanding of tech roles, stacks, market trends, and salary benchmarks.


  • Candidate Engagement & Relationship Building – Builds trust, maintains long-term relationships, and understands tech talent motivations.


  • Sourcing & Pipelining Mastery – Expert in Boolean searches, LinkedIn, GitHub, and alternative sourcing methods.


  • Closing & Offer Management – Skilled in negotiation, handling counteroffers, and positioning roles beyond salary.



About the Company

Salary Range: $70,000 - $95,000 + Commission
