About the Role

Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 + Comms

A position has been made available for a 'sale gun' to join the branch in Mt Wellington. The ideal candidate will have some recruitment exposure, whether from an agency background or internally. However, if you have been in a sales environment like retail or real estate this would be the perfect chance to move into recruitment. Also, if you have come from a construction background and would like to move off the tools, this is an organization that will give you everything you need to excel in the recruitment space. As a Consultant, you will be responsible for driving business while establishing and maintaining strong business relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Requirements

  • Strong sales ability, resilience, and keenness to get out in front of people.

  • Ideally, experience working in a recruitment agency but open to someone coming off the tools.

  • You must be a team player who wants the people around you to succeed.

  • Someone who is driven by hitting targets and progressing in their recruitment career.
